If this is the "New" Wendy's Big Bacon Classic, then they are going out of business.1 Fry's were hot, crisp, had No flavor, and chewed like cardboard.2 drink was Fine3. The "Big Bacon Classic"The first attempt came with no Bacon, the counter staff quickly corrected that. Second attempt came, and is the size of a JR Whopper.Bacon chewed like leather, bun was oily, burger was typical Wendy's, lettuce was fresh, Tomato was , , ,not quite Red. The rest was not worth commenting on.

while sitting in here watching after ordering my food the french fries are cold the chicken nuggets were cold they just stuck them in and reheated them watching the staff they just take and go in and outside no washing of their hands management don't care they wipe their hands on their nose on their hands and stuff and do not wash your hands this is disgusting we'll never come back

Customer service is terrible there. They advertise that they're open at 6:30am but don't have the inside open until 10:00am. When I asked about being served at the window, I was told yes on the phone, but denied service when I got there. The lady in the drive-through was very rude, and when I asked for a corporate number, she slammed the window on me. Definitely don't go there for breakfast if you don't have a car. You won't get served.

They got half of our food wrong and when we came back to get the rest of the food they did not offer to give us all new food even after I told them it had been 30 min since we got all the way home and our food was cold now.

Could use some people that care about the job along with keeping it clean and stocked with things customers need. Such as paper towels at the sink, ketchup,ect.

This was a very positive experience.The counter person who took my order was upbeat and friendly making this an exceptional service experience.I ordered a bigie bag and the food was fresh and served at the correct temperature.I had the double stack no mustard or cheese and 4 chicken nuggets and French fries and a drink ? it was busy but the order was completed quickly and was delicious.I wish I had asked the counter person his name so I could mention him in this review.Bottom line this was a good lunch experience for me.Parking: Enough parking on the street.Gainesville is kinda strange layout.

Went to use men's bathroom. It was occupied. When person exited bathroom he was an employee. I entered the bathroom and when I went to get soap from the dispenser the dispenser had been removed and there was no soap. It's obvious that the employee did not wash his hands before going back into the kitchen. I decided I didn't want to eat there knowing that the men employees weren't washing their hands. This being a fairly new establishment you would think they would keep their soap dispenser in operation.

I ordered a chicken nacho sandwich and got charged for a double nacho burger . I tell them and then I get home and my sandwhich is on regular bun not the one it’s supposed to get, and missing the crunchy toppings. Very disappointed.not really worth the price. This is the third time I’ve had a mess up

Rude. They always “close early” just because they want to. I mobile ordered several times two hours, an hour, and a half hour before the time posted on the doors that they close and they’re just sitting in there. They won’t make your order and act like they never received it.
