It's a great place to have lunch not too expensive the employees are very nice. The food is very delicious. I suggest the saladsVegetarian options: Just remove the chicken from the salads and your good.

Don't know who the guy that's working tonight in the window, but he's definitely the reason fastfood places close down, just rude and can't read tickets....and definitely has no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS......not ever coming back here again, I'll go across the street from now on.

My wife and I have tried to give this place chance after chance. I am totally dumbfounded with their employees. It goes beyond rude, They have zero work ethic, no sense of urgency, and could care less about the customers they depend on. It took over 35 minutes to get our cold and incorrect food order. The only consistency is them wasting time, playing around, on their cell phones, and being disrespectful to customers. We are finished with Zaxbys until some drastic changes take place. This location needs some serious leadership and management. They could learn quite a bit from the hiring and training at Chic Fil A. If it were me, I would close the store before I gave mediocre service to another customer. I would clean house of those who choose not to follow the rules and can't take care of customers. The last health inspection shows how much employees and management cares about their job or workplace.

The manager BREANA P. here is disgusting and rude. Im pregnant and really craved the salad today. She messed up both meals in the order and complained and blamed us even after having us park. She didn't put toast in one and she didn't add the egg to the salad . The lettuce was wilted. I explained it over the phone and instead of a remake she had a attitude and said she did make it right as if I lied. I brought the salad back. I asked for a refund and she was so rude the whole time and never once looked at the salad or check for a mistake. The whole encounter was terrible and she felt so comfortable doing so in front of the crew. I told them what happened and they said she said she made it right and you have to wait on her. this all happened before 11:46am definitely won't return.

Ordered online 6pc chicken with coleslaw and a drink and 2 different types of salad. My husband picked it up when he got back to the hotel with the food only received 4pc chicken no coleslaw and no drink. Also salad looks exactly the same salad. Will not recommend this Zaxby's. Go somewhere else.

AWFUL. I ate cigarettes!! I normally love Zaxby’s but I go to the one close to Main Street but this time I went to the one on archer. DISGUSTING! I waited 20 mins for my food and when I finally got it they practically threw it at me and ran off. I got it home and took a bite and everything tasted like cigarettes!! Omg! My mouth honestly feels numb just like after smoking a cigarette! That chef needs to be reprimanded or fired.

Our first time here.Amazing customer service. Food was really good! Sauces were delicious.But the stand out was customer service- the cashier gave us sauces to sample- she even brought us her favorite sauces to try. She was very patient while we decided what to get and answered all our questions!! Definitely added to my roster for go to places to eat!Kid-friendliness: Super nice while my daughterhh was ordering.

The only redeeming quality is the speed in which I had received my order. My chicken was overcooked and incredibly dry, and the chicken tenders didn't even taste seasoned. They also did not give me the ranch in my order.

apparently they do not know how to run a drive-through. I sat there waiting for food for over 10 minutes. I don't know if there's an issue with the kitchen or services but next time let people know and that way they can keep going I didn't have time to sit there all day. very poorly run.
