Never gets orders correct. Serves food that’s sat under food lamps that make things taste as hard as croutons. Use to be a favoriteDon’t even recommend feedback zaxbys listens site to me, it’s not applicable, not acceptable, offers not a single real resolution and is a way for this location to push off the extra work of handling their complaintsupdate 4/1:they requested i contact the site I asked not to be directed to. I spoke with their regional manager who apologized for this location’s unprofessional approach to customer service. I was given a couple of gift cards for my experience.One was delivered by two men standing side by side with a female name as person delivering while on phone with zaxbys (intimidating) and the other was as normal-except each time sauces were missing, bread was like cardboard and customer service was very confused as to why the location isn’t handling their complaints themselves pushing the extra work off.

Ordered chicken tenders. This is what I received something that looks like nuggets. Over $8 for nuggets. And I ordered unsweet tea. Nope received sweet. This was poured down the drain.

Don't recommend the drive thru.Ordered and paid for a 5 piece platter got 2 and one half sized. Quality was fine but not even an apology or offer to make it good when I called to tell them. Wasn't worth the drive back...ever again

I urge the management to reassess their hiring practices, as the competence of the staff appears to be lacking. During my recent visit, I experienced an undue wait time of approximately one hour. This delay was further exacerbated by the observation that employees were not actively preparing orders, including mine, which had already been placed. Communication from the staff regarding the delay was non-existent, leaving me uninformed and unattended. It is advisable for the team to improve on their customer service and operational efficiency.

We ordered a chicken meal and several sides for my vegetarian daughter and both meals were delicious. The fries were so tasty and the veggie egg rolls were excellent. It is nice to see a fast food with vegetarian options.

Had a pick up order. Showed up after the quoted time to allow for my food to be made. I walk in and there are 10 employees just hanging out. Drive through line wrapped around the building. One employee was wiping tables and the rest are just chilling. I waited inside for almost 30 minutes for my order to finally be made when I placed it 40 minutes prior to arriving. This place needs an entire new crew. This is a sick joke.

Went with my family we noticed employees standing in parking lot (not big deal they could have been on break)we ordered 4 salads my mother in law asked to substitute items they where not she did not receive her extra tomatoes. All of our egg rolls where burnt for our zensation salads. When I went to the restroom 4 to 5 male employees where jammed in a restroom with one urinal and two small stalls and the whole thing smelled like weed. Some of the staff where swearing and being rude to other staff asking for help and blatantly disregarding what management was asking them to while being rude to management and Uber eats drivers to! There is a massive staff issue at this location if this is a franchise location the owner needs to help management out, if it's a corporate location the District manager and HR need to help the manager out. There are several employees putting the burden of work on few employees actually doing their job along with blatantly disrespectful attitudes towards management and customers.

The Country Club Boys

This zaxbys always has something wrong with it. Everytime my orders is messed up, order a wings and things and get a salad. Ask for sweet tea at the drive thru and get unsweet. It’s just not consistent at all, the management is poor, it takes forever to get your food, drive thru or in store. The old head who’s the manager needs to change hands this stuff happens on a consistent basis and he don’t care. I believe his name is Jimmy. Zaxbys is supposed to be the ol reliable but I’m consistently getting my meal messed up, some serious change needs to happen on Zaxbys 43rd, I don’t pay to get the opposite of what I ordered. And I’m not exaggerating when I say 75% of the time I go in and my order is messed up, it can never go fluently. Disappointed to say the least, hope cooperate can figure something out this is supposed to be the best zaxbys in town
