I've traveled all over Florida and Marifer's is THE BEST. Sometimes I eat here twice in a weekend...it's that good. I recommend their Carnitas, Pastor and Elote. There are a lot of taco trucks in Gibsonton these days but Marifer's has been here for years.

This is a stationary food truck that is sometimes open on the downlow. On our visit the steak tacos were flavorful with homemade tortillas, sauteed onions, queso, & a mystery hot sauce mixture in a little plastic bag tied with a knot (see photos). The tacos run $1.25 each so my total bill was $2.50, not bad!
