Wow, for what it is, the food was amazing! There are very limited food choices in this area and I am glad I wound up here. Service was really great, Amber and Jenna were super sweet. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted bun with potatoes on the side and every bite was delicious!They are about to open a restaurant in the area. Look for "Amber's Place" coming soon

Outstanding customer service these ladies make the best food and always changing the food specials on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend to come try everything especially there strawberry poke cake it’s to die for. Kid-friendliness: My kids love these ladies they treat the children really good. Bring a warm jacket as you are going to get blamed for not picking up your order when they have not even called your name just to find out that they gave your order away to someone else. Then you stand there even longer in the freezing cold while watching them give out a lot of orders to people that ordered after you did while waiting them to recook your food. Meanwhile, your original food is brought back after that customer realizes their mistake. When your food finally comes out it is not made to order and you do not receive an apology when everyone else standing around with you heard and saw everything that took place.

Kudos and 2 thumbs up to Mericle Meals at 11202 US Hwy 41, Gibsonton, FL 33534. This has become our new favorite spot. It's a hidden gem. Has a Mom and Pop feel, with all their food fresh and made to order meal. Nice and clean location to sit down and eat or order to go.

This is a great little hidden jewel with some awesome food. It's a good truck with indoor seating so you can eat in ac. My wife had grits and eggs with smoked sausage with raisin toast. I had a breakfast sandwich bacon ey and cheese. Both of ours meals were excellent. We will be back to try some of the other items on the menu.
