Placed an order via the app, when my husband went to pick it up, it wasn’t even started. Employees were just talking. Other customers showed up for other mobile orders that hadn’t been started either.My husband ordered a burrito. The employee put it in a bowl and gave him a separate wrap. She said he could wrap it at home.Will not be getting Chipotle again for a while. Wish I could take my tip back.
I love this chipotle the young lady who manages the team does a great job. Carlos Rubiano (GM) who isn’t there often, gives such low portions you will be astonished. Despite Carlos inability to do his job this location is great and always fresh.

The man that took my order was an older man Carlos who seemed like he was on a power trip. Giving me about five single pieces of chicken and a few strands of cheese. Have never been charged for salad dressing before and he proceeded to add the salad dressing to the total after he basically made me a kids bowl. Overall wasn’t a pleasant experience with him and did not feel like i got my value for what i paid even tho I’m usually a big fan of chipotle.

Got take out from there. We ordered 3 bowls. They managed to get something wrong in each bowl. Mine had beans when I ordered no beans, my mom's had corn even though she didn't order that, and my dad had beef instead of chicken. The bowl covers weren't even on properly. It's sad because the food is good, but the customer service is beyond atrocious. I don't know how reading orders properly is so hard. I understand mistakes happen but not in 3 bowls of the same order; it's pure negligence at that point. Will not go there ever again.
