His food is so good I’ve been looking for someone that can cook some good greens and I’ve been to so many food trucks and his greens are the best. The macaroni is good to the barbecue chicken and the barbecue ribs. I love them so much.

Tried this today with my little boy bray, we both loved the food. Ribs were great, very tender. He gave his pulled pork sandwich a 10/10. “It was bussing” as he says.Mac and cheese need’s work, but overall we enjoyed it. Will definitely be back. Great service from the owner as well.

The gentleman that owns the food truck seems really nice however the potato salad taste like store-bought potato salad that someone added things to it and made it worse. The macaroni and cheese taste like straight Velveeta, and no actual real cheese in it at all except on the top to make it look nice, the ribs are dry tough and do not have any flavor as if the meat was pulled out of the package and just cooked. Good barbecues should not require barbecue sauce and this is definitely not good barbecue.

Try this place ASAP! This place is fantastic. First time here because of my work nearby. I figured I might give this place a try. I'm so glad I did! I got the brisket, Mac and cheese, and collards. Everything is so delicious and there is so much food. I wish I was over here all the time, I would go 2-3 times a week easy! Does breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Was looking forward to trying it. Their sign said they were open on Wednesday. Went on Wednesday when they were supposed to be open. There was nobody there. Called the number on the sign. The guy that answered casually said he will be there tomorrow. Well we weren't there tomorrow. We were there now. Who's to say if we would have went back tomorrow they would be there? Drove by a few times since and there was never anybody there.

I paid 16$ for a rib sandwich they gave me 3 pieces of white bread and bone in ribs not to mention it took 15 min for my food to be done

I've been coming here around once a week for the last 6 months or so. Prices are fair, portions are generous, and quality is out of this world. Carl is a down to earth type of guy that loves what he does and takes pride in his craft. The brisket, pulled pork and ribs are all to die for. Breakfast options are also super cheap for what you're getting and I can't recommend the croissant sandwich enough. If you try this food, be warned. You'll be back.
I finally found the business. I read up on Yelp as far as hours. I drove up at 8:20am on a Saturday. They weren't ready. I'm sorry to say they lost me. Being told they needed another 20 after I had driven 25 minutes to get there... that sent me elsewhere. Sorry I was so very hopeful.

I cannot rate it beyond, I never smell anything driving by, and to me, the scent of food is what initially draws me to it in a parking lot foot truck. I go by almost everyday and lots of days this truck is here,.they get business, but until I smell some good food, I don't think I'll stop.

They have an awesome eggs, cheese grits and bacon bowl in the morning that is far superior to any fast food place. Haven't gotten to try the smoked meats for lunch yet but it smells fantastic and I'm sure it's awesome as well. The owner is a very nice gentleman who appears to cook with love of preparing a great meal.
