The lady that was doing the drive through was very friendly and in a spunky mood and it remind me that regardless what job you do you can always find the beauty in it.
I have been going to Bud's chicken and seafood on Lake worth road for 30 + years on an off at least 3 × a month and my last two orders were over 100,00 $ orders because i enjoy their fish dinners the Find claims are one of the reasons i enjoy Bud's today is the 2nd time that they weren't Edible, I called hoping that they would at least try to make it right. Unfortunately the same lady Bianca who took my order is the same person who took my call and her response was she doesn't cook the food and she would tell the cook? Not let me speak with the manager to see if they can make it right ? oh well looks like our local Bud's isn't worried about our business ? i will continue to get my Bud's on just not Locally i do prefer to support our local community restaurants ect, however again this isn't the 1st time i spent a lot of money at our local Bud's chicken and seafood on Lake worth road and wasn't able to enjoy our meals. Unfortunately they lack leadership and were going to take our business outside of our local community. Sorry Bianca, mabey next time you have a great customer who goes out of their way to support your company you will be more professional. I certainly will not be returning to your store. I hope this is a lesson learned perhaps a teaching lesson for future customer's services.

Love this place! The order is always right, food is fresh and the staff is awesome! Just placed a pretty large order and Will, the store manager was nice enough to call me back and save us $50 bucks and get us more food! That's great customer service! This is the Buds you want to go to!

Times are to hard for anyone to be keeping your change,I doubt an extra tarter sauce cost 3-5 dollars. Her distraction technique is asking you if you need any condiments and rushing you away. Ain’t no telling how many people she do that to,one thing bout me I’m good with money. BE CAREFUL GUYS
