Got a bowl: chicken was OVERFRIED! So dry and hard. Asked the manager to replace the popcorn chicken, she snapped that it would be the same, as it comes in a bag. I left the bowl on the counter since I couldn't eat it (I didn't get money back). Ended up eating some of my husband's fried chicken, it was good. Half the tables were dirty. People waiting for their orders sat throughout the restaurant at the clean tables. I used napkins to clean our table before sitting. Didn't enjoy the visit.

Best KFC experience ever. I felt bad coming in about 10 minutes before close I was just off work myself, but that staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great and the prices for the amount of food on these new boxes and buckets you can't compete with. Will definitely be back.

It's a KFC, it's the same as all other KFC's.Food is what it is, service was friendly and accommodating to our extra sauce request, we didn't go inside so I have no idea what their ambiance is, but I imagine it's the same as all the others.The poorly designed layout of the drive thru hindered our exit thru the shopping center parking lot, but got them an extra star as it gave the crew time to literally run outside and bring us the sauce they forgot to pack.

My issue is with the app. It doesn’t give the options to order mixed chicken and type of chicken. I wanted a mix with original and grilled. I also wanted just chicken breast and thighs only. It just makes it more convenient to be able to pickup and go. Now I have to go there to pace the order and wait.
Fresh chicken seasoned just right not too much seasoning. Used the app to order ahead & order was ready and waiting on time. Order was correct.The only problem is you need a 4 wheel drive to get through the parking lot which belongs to other stores in the plaza.Not the fault of KFC obviously the landlord's responsibility.

Worst kfc in South florida. Always out of Xtra crispy chicken. And when they finally have it they give you dark meat when you ordered white meat. Obviously it's too hard of a job to read the screen and put the chicken in the da** box. Zero stars is what they deserve.

Ordered a pick upDrive thru staff told me to pull up because it wasn’t ready so I did . Waited & waited while many people in drive thru got their food. I park and go inside to see what’s going on. My food is sitting there. It was coldTerrible communication among the staff
