Food was okay, the store was dirty and sticky. No one was cleaning the tables or sweeping the floor.Took forever to get someone to take our order and no one acknowledge that we were there till the person on the fryer was done cooking, while the other person was in the back.

It's with reluctance that I write this review, hoping initially that my experience was an isolated incident. However, conversations with fellow patrons have confirmed a unanimous sentiment: the service at this donut shop is remarkably unwelcoming, akin to the demeanor one might expect at a government auto pound, not a place that sells "fun" donuts. These donuts, visually appealing and inventive, should be a joy to purchase. Yet, each visit is met with indifferent, emotionless expressions that scream a lack of interest in customer satisfaction. My inquiries about additional options or freshly made items were dismissed with a scowl by the staff member at the counter. Ironically, during one such interaction, a tray of new donuts was brought out, contradicting the employee's earlier assertion that no other items were available. Rather than acknowledging this, the employee seemed annoyed, particularly when needing to adjust my order to include these fresh donuts—which, disappointingly, tasted stale.Attempting to improve the interaction with a generous tip did not alter the staff's demeanor; my gesture went unappreciated and unthanked. This consistent display of poor attitude has led me to decide against further patronage. I find myself in search of a donut shop where the staff is as delightful as the treats they sell.In offering this critique, my hope is that the shop takes it as an opportunity for reflection and improvement. A more engaging and customer-friendly approach could transform the entire experience, making it as enjoyable as the donuts themselves appear to be.

A 3 for the doughnuts. It's an overpriced novelty food shop. Dropped to a 1 for the service. Staff seemed disengaged and less than thrilled, which hits different when you know your being raked.

A little pricey but very good, if cheese pulls and chewy donuts is your thing you are going to love this place, clean inside , cute place for photos, yummy, I don’t have anything bad to say about it give it a try ?!!

The decor and atmosphere are sooo cute! It was a little pricier than I was expecting but everything we got was delicious. We went within half an hour of opening and the donuts were so fresh and just melted in your mouth. We also got an original corn dog which we both enjoyed (it was big enough to share as a snack) and now I want to try all the different kinds. We waited about 5 minutes for our corn dog & tea because they make it fresh for you, which was totally worth the wait. I'll definitely be back!

If you want a change up from your traditional donut shop then it's well worth the change up. There is a unique flavor to it. I'm worried for them though because it almost seems like a trend? I went because someone much younger was so excited. I bought an assortment and they were pricier than a "traditional" donut but remember it's a whole different animal. And I thoroughly enjoyed them...in fact I couldn't stop eating them. They're lighter than a cake donut. So we had to force ourselves to stop to bring some for the rest of the family. That person didn't care for them BUT they are a cake donut only snob. Here is one other small disappointment. NO GIFT CARD OR CERTIFICATES. I drove all the way there for the holidays so I could gift people the experience of trying something new. And nope. So I hope they'll see this as a way to expand their market to many first timers.

Last time i was there, i waited a pretty long time to get my corn dogs. So this time, i called while i was on my way over. They would not take my order over the phone. Will not be back. The girl who takes orders has no customer service skills either. Donuts and dogs were a 10.
