I ordered a BLT bowl with dressing on the side to be delivered. The BLT bowl came without bacon and there were no dressings whatsoever. I tried calling and it rang until it just disconnected. This is a horrible, horrible situation. I can’t even get someone on the phone and this is my first time ordering from the subway, and I will never ever do it again.

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service employee June gave me. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the store, helped me with my questions about my selection on my sandwich. She definitely made me feel welcome and my All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki was absolutely delicious!

Very ascorbic and bitter old ladyI felt sad for she is empty and bitter insideStill a poor reflection of subway’s customer service.No Manners, poor hygiene, uncontrolled lamenting, arrogant and overbearing attitude.Making customers wait so she can have a break.Can’t move properly, needs to put her back into it.Please just send her to retirement already.I could hardly bear her discourteous, rude and mean tone.I’d fire plus ban her.

Had new coupons just received and there was buy a foot long and get 1 FREE. This location would not honor that coupon or buy a foot long and get a free bag of chips coupon and I bought 2 foot-longs. They would only honor coupons that they benefited from. Poor service why have coupons if u don’t honor them. No excuses.

I went into location yesterday the rep June is very disrespectful had an attitude with the customer before me when I went to place my order of five foot long she had an attitude woundnt give me the time to figure out what I needed she then walked to the back came back and refuse to service me , she even told me and my family to get out of the restaurant, she needs disciplinary action on her job performance I work directly with customers daily and I would never treat my customers like that

The lady June was very rude and rude with my son because she in a rush to close at nine when the web site say 9:30 they close she was mad cuz the person in front order ten subs and she shared with everyone that was n subway tonight that u have money to buy ten subs but can only leave a four dollar of everyone n btip last I new pep don’t have to tip if they don’t want to because my son spilled his drink she yelling or try to yell and tell me to leave and being very rude with me n my son with pep being n der she did not have to yell n front

I haven't been to a Subway in quite a while because of the lack of service and the lack of quality of food. I did decide to try it again and to my surprise and enjoyment it has changed. I mean that in the best way possible because the service was with a smile and it was prompt and I was acknowledged when I entered the establishment. Of course like everything else the price has gone up but maybe that's the way of forcing us to lose weight so we don't order so much!

I ordered the Italian bmt on a spinish wrap, lettuce tomato spinish heavy onion mayo mustard, and 3 hours after I ate it, I felt really sick having diarrhea, and right now, I'm feeling sick in my stomach. Please check and make sure all the food their is fresh and not spoiled.?????
