I was in there tonight a family that arrived after my family got their food, when asked where my family's food was the person that took my gave a smart answer. Then she went to the take out rack and brought me cold spaghetti and 2 cold hot sandwiches with another smart remark when questioned. There needs to be some serious maintenance to chairs one of our party ended up in the ER getting stitches. The team leader said not a thing about us reporting the chair that cut through a finger nail. The team leader did not seem to care about the 2 team members in the lobby appearing to clean up while shooting the middle finger at each other.
