Very nice inside, lines are kinda long both inside and drive thru.Parking: All Starbucks have horrible parking and the line in the drive through always is long, please pull people to the window ?

The one on 98 and oakwood in tiger point needs lots of improvement especially following how you want the $7 coffee the way you request. After waiting ridiculous long in the drive thru even though you did a mobile order to deal with remaking to just wait longer especially if mad having to remake the coffee it's longer than waiting the first time. The one that was wrong only to waste pouring down the drain

The barista that made by coffee this morning was so nice! He could tell I wasn’t having a great day and he took time out of the busy morning to make me feel better. I wish I caught his name! Will definitely be going to this Starbucks more often!

Just waited 35 minutes for the incorrect coffee. I was unaware a medium iced coffee with cold foam was so difficult to make correctly.

Ordered drinks and food the drinks came quickly butWaited 30 minutes for food only to be told they were working on it. Then another 10 minutes came out with half the order then telling us they were out of that particular item. We walked out.
We waited at least 1/2 hour for one latte, terrible service Starbucks...

So, at this location. They are getting better they are a new building with new people but you would think they were trained right it might today I asked for extra caramel and it's almost like she filled half of my cup up with caramel it's not a bad thing but it really does take away the taste of everything else but at least this time it tastes sweet last time I got a caramel frappe I know that's not what it's called I don't know what it's called but they know every time when I say it it's usually really sweet with extra shots espresso in it so it wakes me up the first couple times I went in there they were so bad that I didn't want to drink them so I started driving down to the the Midway location because they actually knew what they were doing this location is the first time they actually made it taste kind of right if it didn't have so much damn caramel in it. But not complaining just wish there was a way that I could have the three or four I bought when y'all first open remade because they were absolutely terrible and at $8 a piece to not even want to drink them and on my way to work so it's not like I could turn around and go back and that area is so busy I wouldn't imagine a manager could keep his mine together with so many people had to be complaining. So I just let it go. I know they can't learn from their mistakes if you let it go, but I went down to the other location and told them, so hopefully, it could be fixed like that. But I enjoyed the other location a lot more their drinks always taste perfect.

Levi was my point of contact. He was so informative and helped me get a great tasting drink because I am not a reguler customer. Their registers were having some troubles and I had a short wait but they gave me my drink free plus an extra drink for my patience. Thanks so much Levi, if I'm around again I will come back.
