The ONLY thing that Gulfport McDonalds has going for them is the polite, younger, soft spoken man who always compliments my boyfriend’s watch, in the drive thru. I understand mistakes happen and there’s space for human error… I am usually visiting this place in the early morning hours and I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant experience with the females. They act like they can’t be bothered right now. They might as well be screaming “I get paid by the hour, not by the customer”. Last time I visit this McDonalds. Upper Management needs to do better getting people who actually WANT to work.

So, this is an Uber Eats order. We've already filed through Uber Eats, but after three times of this happening, it's no longer a one off, and worthy of the review. This most recent order was missing a double cheeseburger, all the sauces of a 40 piece nugget meal; and 2 apple pies. I can't even blame Uber; the bags were sealed. So this McDonald's actively failed the order. Oh, and before the thought of being bar o'clock; this order was placed about 8pm.

Ordered Shamrock Oreo shake. charged $8. That took me by surprise! . Got to pick up window and was asked if we ordered happy meal. Said no. We were charged for happy meal. Asked for an adjustment and was sent to another window. After sitting there for 5 minutes I got out of car and stuck my head in window asking for help. No reply repeatedly. I finally spoke loudly and asked for some help. I was told to go away!! I said I’m not going away. Went on foot back to the original pickup window and was ignored. I asked for my refund and finally got this answer. “well I’m off now!” I told her I wasn’t mad just wanted my adjustment. I got a collective evil eye roll from 2 employees. I asked for the manager. Got some lame brained answer. Eventually got myadjustment

ordered through the app to be told after waiting 10 minutes in line the drive through is closed because they were “too busy”. went inside to get my order waited another 15-20 minutes for anyone to help me. 10 minutes in another guy came up and said he was waiting for a shake for 25 minutes to be told they don’t have that. all the employees were laughing/talking, two were on their phones talking, one was walking around not doing anything yelling at everyone else to work, while i was waiting they helped their friends immediately when they came in, it didn’t seem like there was any manager. only reason i was helped was because i was standing by the register but there were 5 groups of people waiting for their food. finally got my food and the order was wrong and walking back to my car there were 3 employees running around in the parking lot
Breakfast is excellent at this location. The food is consistent, fresh, and assembled properly. Crewmembers and management are cheerful and professional. I couldn’t ask for more out of a McDonald’s restaurant : )

I pulled up to the window lady said “WHY ARE YOU STARING AT ME” while holding my food… DUH imma look at you and greet you like what. 3 chicks standing in one window instead of working. No gloves after taking money walks over grabs food with no gloves. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, that’s crazy…
