I came today 3/22/24 to place a order inside the store I cancel my order because The manager Yiselle I seen her touch her nose , face and back shirt while putting food and the bag. And the front cashier touch her hair then putting food and the bag they both did not wash there hands. I should contact the health department regarding this matter

Horrible Burger King, the employees are so rude. They literally ignore you and just stick their hand out the window while talking to other employees to collect payment and then same with your food. Absolutely ridiculous, if you cannot handle being friendly for a few hours a day, don’t work in customer service. Pretty simple.

Service was ridiculous, waited on the drive through line for a half an hour then had to wait another half an hour in the parking lot for the food, had to go inside to get my order…finally got it myself and opened to eat and got a complete disgrace of a burger!!!

So I go to this nk around 1140 my food take about 15 minutes to get even though I'm the only one there. The girl taking my order could barely understand what I was ordering because she had her airpods in listen to music. And all my food was warm to almost cold. Terrible experience would go to checkers or McDonald's which are next door next time. Does waste time or money on this location

The one time we tried to patronize the Burger King in Loughman crossing they we out of the chicken parm special. Told us we could come back the next day. That was over a year ago. Stopped in a BK in Lorton , VA. Worst food I ever had. Very likely to not patronize a BL again.
