First time ordering from this restaurant via Doordash. Food was delicious and very warm. I really enjoyed my meal!! Plus, they followed all my notes about how I would love my meal to be prepared... and that's what I call customer service... and customer satisfaction! Thank you! The quality of this place has really gone down. The general chicken was dry and had no sauce. After requesting a refund was screamed at. I had a receipt and food. Not sure what happened. Been going there for 5 years and recommend them to people. Will not being doing business with them anymore.

Very unprofessional people!!! They usually are hospitable and get everything right. I gave a call and was flabbergasted by the miserable attitude. I verified on the phone that it was in fact the Haines City location. My order was incomplete and they could care less. I don’t recommend this place. It only takes one bad experience to ruin a guest’s loyalty.

Absolutely the worst Chinese food ordered lomein combo and egg foo young combo , the lo mein no flavor and very greasy, the egg foo young was flat and over cooked and the gravy was thick like paste , I ate the egg rolls and threw the rest of the food in the trash. Never had Chinese food so disgusting in my life wasted 35.00 never again....

Almost threw up after biting into a wing. So much grease it was dripping out of the meat. No flavor from any of their food. Lo mein noodles were not lo mein noodles they were spaghetti noodles with dry sauce clumped up all over the noodles. Wonton soup was very tough the wonton dumplings were chewy. The honey chicken was tough and didn’t have any sauce on them the honey chicken had a side of honey to go with them and that is what they considered honey chicken. The egg rolls were cabbage eggrolls no meats no other flavor in them. I guess when a customer places an order in the evening, they give their customers the left over, dried up food they were going to throw into the trash. Called to say I will bring the food back for a full refund and they hung up. The food was thrown in my trash because it was not edible. I will dispute with my bank for sure. I did not get what I ordered.

Noodles are dry, rice is yellow not authentic, honey chicken is just chicken with a side cup of honey... Very disappointing. They don't know how to cook.

I rarely leave poor reviews but this was gross and $20 wasted. The honey chicken is fried in so much bread and was soggy inside with dry chicken inside. I don't know exactly how that is accomplished but it wasn't good to eat at all. The noodles were soggy, and steamed dumplings doughy. Wouldn't recommend and hope this helps others.

Really good general Taos chicken, the sautéed broccoli ? was delicious and the boneless spare ribs with fried rice was amazing. Best Chinese restaurant in Haines City. Highly recommend.

By far the BEST Shrimp lo mein I have had at any of the chinese restaurants in Haines City or in Polk County...My wife had the Mei Fun and said it was the best also...Have to try their Hong Kong rice...Excellent!!! Our to go to Chinese place for sure

First and last time. Online menu showed $11 for our two lunches but we were charged almost $17. I wouldn’t of minded the price but the food was flavorless. LoMein was terribly overcooked and dry with only 5 shrimp. Lomein also had no veggies in it except a few pieces of onion. Beef pepper steak had no flavor either. I gave it 2 stars for the order being ready on time and packaged well.
