I came in 20 minutes before they opened and their doors were opened. I felt terrible and said I could wait and the older lady in the front took my order without any attitude and told me to have a seat. I got my order in a couple of minutes. It doesn’t seem like that big of a deal but the fact that she wasn’t bothered honestly felt so refreshing. Thank you!

Went through the drive thru and they forgot my salad. When I went inside the corrected the mistake quickly and where apologetic. Food was good.
The reason I gave them one star because service was not pleasant. The one place I love going did not live up to their reputation!! That I know them from!!☹️?

I don’t like Culvers. But my wife and kids do. One thing that bothers me the most visiting them in Wisconsin and Michigan is how long it takes to get your food. This Culvers is well run and speedy. We dined in 6pm on a Monday and got our family of five meal in less than 5 mins.

This was my second time eating at Culver's. We had the Cod fish dinner. It was the best dinner I've had in a very long time. The food was cooked to order. So when it arrived at our table; very quickly, the food was hot, fresh and so delicious. I recommend everyone try this restaurant.
