Location: ha hwy 4 and diner and advent. Davenport Florida. Person spoken to is a Jennifer who stated she was a manager. 3/26 @ 8:30pm.Jennifer is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to who claim to be a manager. I’ve been a committed customer for years. Prior to moving her to Florida from Maryland I’ve used Domino’s for years. Since moving here I’ve used Domino’s so much but I will never use dominos ever again after speaking to a manager.I found her experience to be very combative, rude, lack of empathy or compassion, lack of experience no patience in listening to your customers and overall inexperience to manage your franchise.I offered her advice in comparison and communication with your customers after she placed me on a long hold after I requested to speak with a manager and she returned after 7 mins offering what I should have received with my basically saying kiss her behind and my services was not appreciated. I refuse for me or my fam to ever use dominos again. Period.

Place an order for delivery and was given the wrong order called the store they supposed to remake it an hour later, but they didn't attempt to get the order remade. this location has been going down the tube for a while, very disappointing.

I went to order a pizza earlier, young lady was bossing me around about hurry up because I got tone of food to make back there. However, there were 2 Hispanic dudes that she was being patient to serve right before me. I do not why she was being so nasty and impatient with me. When I told her stop addressing me that way and her customer service is sucked, she refused service. She was impatient and nasty, that is not the proper way to treat a client.

After waiting on my food over a hour, because the delivery girl grabbed the wrong order, food finally comes and the stuffed bacon cheese bread was doughy and the plain wing where under cooked like there were microwaved. This is my second time ordering from there and 2nd time I'm disappointed. Y'all need to do better or just close down. I give y'all 0 rating thanks for nothing. I had too leave a star just to write a review but trust I would take that one star back if I could. I guess with those buy 2 or more deals you get what you pay for huh? $30 wasted. Won't be a 3rd time for me and I tipped on the app before I even received service. Smdh?????✍️

My coworker and I ordered dinner from this location both nights last weekend. Our orders arrived on time and were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and presented so nicely. Andrew is the best! He prepared our orders and took extra care to make sure everything was perfect. We hope Andrew gets a raise and a promotion!!

PLEASE I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF YOURS BUT THIS LAST WEEKS THAT I HAVE ORDERED PIZZAS YOU ARE NOT CUTTING THEM AS IT IS, YOU HAVE TO CUT THEM WELL BECAUSE THEN THE PIECES BREAK WHEN YOU PICK THEM, NEXT TIME I WILL RETURN THEM TO YOU SO YOU CAN CUT THEM AS IS . THANK
Food was good. But for the love of pizza, this roster team needs a change. An hour for carry out while they say it's only 25-35 minutes? Organization skills for carryout are terrible. How about calling out the first order that is ready instead of asking a person in line "what's the order name?" Very slow and inefficient. And this was on a 5pm Friday. Can't imagine how many angry customers there will be on super bowl Sunday come next week.

Was a busy night, and order took over 1 hr for it to even be put in the oven. Then the app showed baking to complete, and pizza sat undelivered to me in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes.
