Very tasty and fresh. The elote corn was small but it was still good. The seating right outside is nice too. I got the shrimp tacos, a cheese empanada, elote, and my bf got birria ramen which was good as well. They give you a large amount of soup with the ramen. The ramen is pre packaged but that’s to be expected as it is not a Japanese spot. Went to Ecuador back in July and have been craving empanadas ever since. I stumbled across this food truck while at the mediocre flea market and bought one chicken and one beef empanada. Absolutely amazing! Was fried to order so it was super fresh. 10/10
