I called the store for an update but Nick hung up on me when I was explaining my order shows delivered but nothing came. 20 mins later my husband called and Nick lied and said the driver was down the road and we still waitied around 30 mins with no deliver.

Two times in a row I have given this place a chance both times they have messed up my order most previously the entire order was wrong not one thing was correct and I missing sauces. Spoke with the manager Dana, who refused to fix the problem all she wants to do is issue a refund, a refund is not what I want. I want my food made correctly I even offered to give the driver an extra tip to make up for his troubles as it was not his fault and the manager Dana again refused very rude first time I called she hung up on me then placed me on hold and never came back to the phone and when I called a couple times in a row my call was ignored while trying to call from my phone I dialed the same number from my wife’s phone and the call was answered immediately shortly followed by being hung up on again….I will no longer ever be ordering from this location ever again. I would advise against anyone else ordering here as well, if you’d like your food to be accurately made and proper customer service

Outstanding pizza. Great,simple to use app. Menu pizzas are customizable. I ordered two pizzas on the app for later pick up. The pizzas were ready for me when I arrived,exactly as ordered. The pictures of the pizzas speak for themselves.On the left is a cauliflower crust with grilled chicken, ham and onions. On right,a large meatball with mushrooms, onions and green pepper.Very generous toppings and cooked perfectly. If you are in the area and looking for great pizza,stop by Marco's.Parking: Large parking lot in front of the shop.

Bland pizza. Only place that delivers around my area. Pizza tasted like 7-11, for what they're charging for a pie; they can't be serious. The food arrived hot so that's a win. Probably be better off getting a frozen pizza.

Super bad service when ordering I asked to speak to the manager and he didn't want to put the manager in the end they left me waiting in line and they never took my order there is something very important customer service when you call the first thing is to ask for the name address something that never happens He asked, nor did he know the menu or the offers, very bad service.

I do not know what happened to this place, but it's no longer a good store. The person at the register probably could not even remember their own name. I received my carry out order later than the estimated time, despite there being 6+ workers. Then I am given my pizza and breadsticks...The pizza was not cut and the breadsticks were literally just the cooked dough--No parmesan, no butter, no sauces. Super disappointing...I'd rather go to Dominoes at this point. At least the one by me has great customer service.

The review that was posted for Dundee should be for 17-92.I love the food but the night shift sucks, They are lazy, they take the phone off the hook, they don't like to deliver. I get delivery for lunch with no problem. I have driven from my house on hold to get there and the phone is off the hook and no one in the restaurant. This is how good business goes under when people just go to a job for a pay check. You have to love your customers they are your pay check. I hope they can get a manager on the night shift that cares and loves the job. The young lady on the day shift is awesome . To the owner you need to show up without notice and start making phone calls to your store. The last time I spent over 80.00 but I had to go to the restaurant. I didn't spend anything tonight because they couldn't find my address and I maybe 3 miles from them. It would have been at least 40.00 plus tax and tip.

I just call minutes ago, and order my pizza, they told me to wait 15/20 minutes for it and when I’m going to order my pizza, “I call another place”I have been ordering here since we moved near by…I’m barely sick and I have to wait 15 minutes more because “My order wasn’t in that place”

Placed order for 4 of the new Pizzoli - 20 minutes take out - arrived to crew members screening and yelling at each other. Order hadn't even been started - as we waited patiently heard some constant 4 letter words screaming no one under control- finally after an 1/2 hour our food was ready but every one had very little filling in them - can't recommend this establishment- obviously owners don't care -
