Ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese plain w bacon. So just cheese and bacon.Got a burger w everything and no bacon. Waited in line again then got to the window and was asked to wait again in the parking spot. Burger was too greasy and fries were old and not salted. I don't know why I even go to McDonald's anymore, it's the same experience at all of them.Update: this place is still trash.

This place is not busy. After 12 minutes I went up to ask where my food was. The manager Eridelma Sanchez had to make it for me because it was not made. She was kind. However, the meat was not cooked all the way. I tried taking the uncooked part off because I do not eat raw meat. I didn’t want to complain again after I had to say something just to get my food so I am leaving this post instead.
I remember coming here 5 years ago and this being the Disney World of McDonald's, Everyone was greeted with wonderful cheerful staff, You had your regular customers that came every morning chatting up a storm. Ever since the remodeling and the removal of the soda machines, It'll be a miracle that you'll beable to get a refill in less than 20 minutes. I honestly feel a complimentary blood pressure medication should be handed out to each guest before entering because of the amount of stress and patients each guest is forced to endure. The employees carry themselves with no discipline. Their needs are always taken care of before guests needs. I haven't had a pleasant experience at this location at all in the last 2 years. From employees wiping their nose and preparing food immediately right after, Ignoring all the guests needs that are standing at the counter. Ignoring guests refills. Everyone in the BOH moving with little to no motivation. It seems the team leads and supervisors need to pump their staff up more during these busy times, but it's not happening. I'm going to be that basic Karen and say. "I'm not coming back to this location every again." And I hope the best for this location. This was my favorite location to visit, Our whole family and friends called it "Our McDonald's." But everyone in our family has left and gone elsewhere to avoid the headache that is bestowed upon all their guests.

Never going back at night to this location. Workers were so rude, my bun was hard as a rock, fries tasted like chemicals. I was so frustrated that I threw the food away and I’m sure if I had went back there to get a replacement, I would surely get the same bad food.

For This Location Specifically. Who likes COLD OLD Fries ??? No one, so why serve it?? It’s very simple… Fill UP the fry box, if I want a small or medium fry, I wouldn’t pay extra for a LARGE.. DON’T serve “hot” foods cold, and give me what I paid for… Simple! I literally have two Large Fry boxes that are not even halfway full. There’s None spilled in the bag.. Unbelievable, I’ll be going another six months+ without McDonald’s.. Maybe it’s a good thing… More $ for me and unnecessary calories/junk food eliminated!
