Someone needs to fire whoever the women is working Tonight horrible service extremely slow and incompetent. Made me waste my time,money,and fuel over 1 hrs wait time because she was making 2 sandwiches then proceeded to help the costumer who was last in line prior to myself who was waiting 1 hr and next to be serviced . If anyone who manages this location sees this get rid of her she's a waste of resources.

Ordered dinner on the app and got a notification that it was ready for pick up, when I got there, they said they were actually closed and already sent the staff home. My card was already charged for our meals and they told us to come back in the morning to sort the situation out… when I got home my wife called and girl on the phone was rude and unhelpful.
Always a pleasure to see miss Charlotte,when she makes your sandwich it's always right and so very friendly.

I gave one star because if I could give a zero star I would. The lady that works there with the blonde hair ALWAYS gives an attitude. It seems as she doesn't want to deal with customers. With us customers going to any fast food restaurants to buy is what PAYS YOU. Threat your customers right it doesn't cost you anything. Horrible attitude!!

Sloppy sandwiches, the young man preparing my food was annoyed that I was there ordering food. Unbelievable how this man expressed his annoyance at making my food. The sandwich bread was cut uneven , he was so busy chatting that I had to repeat over and over again my toppings. Why I went there is beyond me. I'll stick with Publix subs.

The wait was horrible, one person working and he was so scatter brained it was insane. Watching him make the sloppiest sandwiches and wraps that couldn't even be wrapped to Subway standards. I watched him time and time again pat his head and hair with his forearm and scratch his head with his hands. Even though he washed his hands one time, he didn't wash all the soap off his hands and then broke glove putting one of them on and proceeded to make a sub. He was out of condiments, the food bar needed restocking on several items and the work station was messy. Being that I worked for subway as a shift manager back in my younger days I know what is required and nothing that I seen today is a good representation of Subway.
