Went to this place at 9:30 pm since it said they were open till 11 pm and the store & drive thru had already closed.

Tell me how my girl orders a cake for me for my birthday last month and it was good so I thought I would order one too. October 8th is my girls birthday so on October 6th I placed an order. I go and pick it up it’s not even made the only excuse was the lady didn’t see it whatcha mean I placed the order on the 6th

Every time I come to the location I get rude staff talking to me like they crazy, I approached at 9:20pm on a Saturday first a young man said they closed and he sounded confused then a young lady came on the speaker and I asked her why are they closed and she said because “this is a store and we have to start cleaning the store to close it” then I said well it’s only 9:20pm and she then replied “AND WHATS YOUR POINT WERE CLOSED!” And left me talking to myself and then I went to the window and they both ran to the back. This is disgusting to me!! I will be taking this to the higher ups!

My large latte was filled a little past half and the donut looks like it was molded. Threw all 4 donuts away. Wasted $12

Two scoops of chocolate ice cream in a cone, placed in a cup. It was so delicious. Good to the very last lick.

The website says they open at 4am. The sign in the drive thru says 4:30 and they still opened late. I realize that this is half Dunkin and half Baskin Robbins, but the woman in the drive thru said that they don't have any ice cream. I asked for the prepacked ice cream, which I know is in its own freezer near where you order, and she repeated that they didn't have any ice cream. I call BS. Don't waste your time

This dunkin has Fast service, great coffee and food! Love this location- night shift is the best :)
At this point this location needs to close. I went to this business it wasn’t even close time no one to be found. Ya have employees not working but still getting paid. Missing in action. That’s so ghetto but I’m not surprise. It matches perfect the person and the place of work. Never again will I go there again.
Arrived well before closing time and the lobby was already closed, so we joined the other cars in the drive through. Each car waited nearly 5min before pulling forward only for them to be closed. The Employee taking out trash made no attempt to communicate to the cars in line that they were closed.

I ordered through Door Dash. I ordered a triple scoop of vanilla, very strawberry, and butter scotch, and a triple scoop of Wild 'n Reckless sherbet. My Dasher called to say they only had strawberry in the entire store. So I'm like make one a strawberry shake. He tells me they don't have milk to make the shake! So, I say, just give me 2 of the sherbet order. They told him to tell me, I should just cancel my order. What kind of Baskin Robbins aka 31 flavors can't fulfill this simple order? It was 5:00, so they shouldn't be out of anything! The driver said he always has trouble with this location. I wish I could give zero stars.
