Whoever is the manager needs to have a good look at the staff they have hired. The young black guy at the window is the only one doing any work in there and it takes half an hour to get your meal for a drive-through because he has to do it all, take the order, make the order, replace items off the hot table, cash me out. Meanwhile While Im sitting there watching him run back and forth, I’m watching 3 other employees just walking around. One of which was a lady was just standing there at the cashier running her mouth talking all over my food with no mask on, it was under her chin. I was disgusted especially being that we are living in covid times. I asked her name. Latoya. She needs a good talking to if she can’t get it in her head she’s dealing with people’s food and needs to wear a mask. I observed her do absolutely nothing but talk over my food for 15 minutes. Needless to say I was not happy

I've been there twice and absolutely will not go back. The food is marginal I asked several times for extra gravy with a huge family order to go and she refused to sell it to me telling me that they give you a gravy already. Finally I just left and went to the grocery store and bought a pre-cooked chicken.

Service was slow. Before I paid all food was stone cold. Food isn't good. Turkey didn't have any taste. Corn was hard. And to pay $3 for 3 Oz Cranberry Relish was overpriced. Before you get soda, meal, Relish it feels like you are paying for fine dining but in reality you are getting a horrible meal.Whole place looks dirty.

I have bought chicken from this place many years ago, but the last two times I have been there it has been a robbery. I ordered half a chicken with corn and another side, the corn has no flavor, the half chicken looked like a quarter of quail, a complete cheek.

I was doing business in the area, and I came here just to try the codfish. It's a seasonal dish for Boston Markets, and it's only available on Fridays. Social distancing was maintained. I got the codfish, which came with two sides of my choice, and a piece of cornbread. The codfish was very tasty indeed. Not bland. I was pleasantly surprised. A healthy meal. Reasonably priced. The staff members who waited on me were cordial and efficient.
