“Absolutely went above and beyond. Not only are the cakes delicious but the customer service is impeccable. They answered me through email, phone and instagram! They customized my cake exactly how I wanted it with an option not even advertised on the website. I know the cakes are fresh as well. There was a question on which chocolates to use two hours before my pick up time! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who has a special occasion coming up. frudeco does not disappoint!!!!! “Saturday January 13th my couisn and I stop in. We Usually go to the one on Hollywood Boulevard, but we were in the area. She had a Oreo overload with a warmed waffle bowl, that was nice and I had a new item falling for chocolate. It was amazing. The service was fast, the customer service was excellent. We are usually at our own 30 minutes to an hour, just waiting to be served but to go in and be served with a small crowd and out under five minutes was spectacular. We will be returning.“

“I placed a late order for my best friends birthday and the cake is beautiful. I had a few issues with getting to Kimberly, but she was more than patient with waiting for me to pick up. She communicated everything about my order and stayed in touch the entire time. The cake alone speaks for her work and I recommend her to anyone.“

“I had a little problem with the large size frozen yogurt as I ordered it on DoorDash and they took over 30 minutes to pick up my order. Due to that the froyo had melted and the size looked off. I went ahead and sent a email to the store manager KAT. She went above and beyond to try and figure out why my order was a little off. For someone that has been in food and beverage for over 15 years I can tell that she is the perfect woman for the manager position and that’s to say the least!
