They need to seriously get new management at this Dunkin' I have lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and I come to this Dunkin' as rarely as I can. I like Dunkin' I used to be a manager years ago. This one, is ugh. They are always sooooo slooowww, they never have normal coffee items like stirrers or drink sleeves, the dining room is not welcoming, the employees are not welcoming, it's just not it for a coffee shop. I can do better.

I asked for the Spiced Cookie Iced Coffee, but got the Cookie Butter Cold Brew which was way more expensive than I anticipated. I told the lady at the drive thru, Ana, that they charged me wrong, but she kept telling me that they were the same thing and that they’ve never had the iced coffee. So I told her, that the menu showed two different things, and she still said I was wrong. If you’re going to work at a coffee shop, then know what coffees you serve.

They covered all of the outlets, so there is nowhere to charge your phone or laptop. I wanted to come here and get some coffee and food and use their wifi, but instead I have to go find a Starbucks because this place is too cheap to let me charge my laptop. Horrible way to run a business.

I got a bacon avocado toast, and it had so much seasoning on it I couldn’t even eat it. The lady at the drive-through said they’re mandated to shake it six times on the avocado toast! Which is a lie!
My large latte was filled a little past half . Ordered 4 donuts and this one looks like it has mold or dirt in it so I threw them all away. I didn’t bother looking at the others. So I basically just wasted $12
