This restaurant used to be a favorite of mine, but my recent experience was anything but pleasant. The decline in service and efficiency over the past year is undeniable.Despite the presence of two valet attendants, neither bothered to assist with opening the doors, setting the tone for the evening. Waiting 20 minutes for a glass of wine felt like an eternity, and to make matters worse, our main course arrived before our appetizers.The most frustrating part was waiting 15 minutes just to settle the bill, with no server in sight. We ended up leaving cash and walking out, feeling let down by the entire experience.It’s sad to see a once-promising restaurant fall so far. I wouldn’t recommend dining here until they address their issues with service and organization.

My experience yesterday was bad, not because of the food, nor because of the atmosphere, but because of the poor treatment of the server who served us. He is a tall man, with green eyes and with gray hair. One of the things is that it bothered him It was when we asked him about the dishes, he told us: if we had never eaten that, I think a good serve explains it and he doesn't ask that question. Another thing was that we were missing one of the food companions and he gave it to us. He came to bring it when we finished eating and the last thing was that when it was time to pay we put the card under the receipt, he took it and turned around a few seconds later saying that there was nothing when the card was there. The truth is that I would not recommend the restaurant only because of that bad service, I would not recommend it because I went to celebrate my birthday and I got a bad impression

I dont wanna talk bad. but i was very uncomfortable there.As a solo traveler, I visited Eatura for lunch and drinks. I initially ordered chicken and a roll, but they forgot the chicken, which I didn't mind. Later, I decided to stay longer and ordered chicken again. Despite being asked to wait for 30 minutes, it took 50 minutes for the chicken to arrive. During this time, I had four cocktails, but no one offered me water, and I felt uncomfortable as the staff seemed to be talking about me. Moreover, I was accused of not paying my bill. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Food was nothing special for the prices. The food took a while and they forgot to bring the order out for a few people. It took over 30 min for a few people to get their food after everyone else was done with their meal. The manager is completely unprofessional and unable to explain what the delay was. He didn’t even offer a complementary drink or the food that took forever to come out. Besides the open seating and view of the ocean this place is not worth it. Food is mediocre, service is really terrible and management I will be polite to say a bit dumb and unable to communicate properly. There are much better places out there that you can go and enjoy the atmosphere and food over this place don’t even bother!
This is one of the best restaurants I have ever ate at when it comes to food quality, service and atmosphere. I would strongly recommend the etaru taki tiki drink with the salmon.

Great food, drink and atmosphere not great service. Made a reservation and was seated with an amazing ocean view. Unfortunately our waitress Marina was not kind. My partner asked a couple of questions about the menu and was talked down to in a rude and condescending manner. We had to also flag down other wait staff to get soy sauce, water, ect. We were planning to make a night of it with appetizers, dessert and multiple rounds of drinks but we're so put off we decided to get entrees and leave to go to a different place for drinks. Seems like a great restaurant, unfortunately it just wasn't a great night for our waitress, we hope she's just having an off night.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have an elevator for wheel chair users
