We ordered turkey bacon ranch -no onions, tomatoes or ranch dressing, Doritos and medium sprite and a Jamaican jerk turkey-no onion, cheddar sour cream chips and med. diet Dr Pepper.Manager had to recharge or sinc the pop machine because half or the sodas were unavailable, a newbie, and 2 other staff present.I forgot to say cold not toasted, so when the rolls can out of toaster, he put back into bag ( I guess to use them again). Jerk sandwich didn't taste 'jerky' just a turkey sandwich also didn't have mustard on it.The man pouring mayo, mustard out of big jars into smaller ones should definitely wear a hair net-hair in face n constantly putting behind ears or blowing out of his way.“
“Visited this store on 3/1/24 with Anthony running front end. As a business owner, the moment I walked in the door, the way Anthony mannerism carried the place was astonishing. Thou I was confused with “Burger vs Little burger” he was patience , he explained my order, was very kind. I was amazed at the level of service he provided. This review and visit deserves 10 stars.“
“I mean, it's delicious. I can't give it 5 stars because it is not very healthy food. But the fries improved a lot, delicious! And the yummy baked potato! The only thing I criticize is the quality of the Bacon... it seemed half plastic, the rest was tasty. I recommend ordering the drink WITHOUT ICE, otherwise you drink 3 sips and you run out, even the large one. Oh. The Nuggets are not very crispy, somewhat rubbery. I wouldn't order them again.The staff were very friendly at that branch.“

Then I got an email from the store's manager, I was able to replied back to him 5 days later, he was very kind and attentive, he listened my concern and was very apologetic. “Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time recently. Ordered through DoorDash. The food was really good. Very tasty. The only issue was I didn't get my drink. Don't know if the problem was through DoorDash Or on your end. I reported it to DoorDash. Hopefully next time I order from you then t will not happen again“
“Been riding with yawl since I was a jitt. Still riding with yawl today. Still have the best pizza by far. Best taste. Family choice for pizza night. Prices sure have changed since the early 00's but definitely still worth my money. Thanks always Pizza Hut!“
