I ordered recently and there were tiny black fly bugs in the mac&cheese. The mac&cheese was also cold. She threw up for 3 hours and felt terrible to her stomach. We also did not receive 2-3 items from our entire order. Which was delivered. And this is a frequent KFC we go to because we live close by.

I am so offended by the staff in this location. I always go at night to get diner for my mom and I. And every single time the staff member handling the drive thru is rude and disrespectful towards me and not even paying attention to my order and constantly making me repeat my order because she’s talking to her coworkers, but she gives me the order wrong and close the window. Even if I knock she doesn’t open back. On Sunday I went and she kept making remarks about my English even tho I’m fully bilingual and she is the one who you can’t understand when she’s speaking. Lastly, the same person literally dropped the sauce packets between my car and her window and then proceed to close the window on me even when I was asking for a replacement. I keep going here because my mom loves KFC but I don’t know where they choose their staff from. I feel discriminated against by this individual.Not to forget that TODAY I tried to order through DoorDash to try my luck, and they got ALL THE ORDER WRONG. I order coleslaw salad in a large size and they choose to send a bunch of mash potatoes that weren’t even in the order to begin with. I am so disappointed and I guess this is my final straw. You guys need to improve your customer service and your hiring process because even if the food is good the service is the worst.

Almost $42 for a 12pcs bucket with 5pcs of legs measuring 3inches long by 2inches width. Why would you even put that thing in customer plates.... This may be my last time, I am gonna spend my money where they take good care of customer needs (like for example Popeye, or Publix) so I can spend my money for good quality food/service.***updated***Jan/16/2024KFC office contacted me to take care of my concerns. Then I got an email from the store's manager, I was able to replied back to him 5 days later, he was very kind and attentive, he listened my concern and was very apologetic. He made my order and there was no surprise this time, thank you for going above and beyond expectations.My original post I gave, 1 star for overall, food and service and 4 star for atmosphere, but after Manager Yves did to make it right I have to go with 5 stars all. Thank you again Yves and KFC for stepping up quick, I'll be visiting soon again!
