I arrived there thinking I was going to wait for them to make a pizza, but they already had the one I wanted, which was the Classic Cheese ? pizza ? so I was in and out which was very convenient for me and the boys.
Very bad customer service, I waited almost 20 minutes and when I returned they told me at the cashier that they had not sent the order that I had to wait another 15 minutes and it's not fair I told them to give me the money back

When people order food and spend their money on it the least we expect is minimal effort, the pure laziness of the staff here is astounding. If you order delivery don’t expect to ever get any of the extras in your order! This place is taking your money and not giving you what you pay for. Once again I put my trust in little ceasers and now have to feed everyone dry bread and pizza. Unforgivable, place has gone downhill.
So I just called little Caesar’s to put in an order, and the woman who picked up the phone really shouldn’t be taking orders. She could barely understand the order (which was simple, screenshot anttached) and I was not being rude to her at all. I asked to apply a coupon, because their website is down and the total is entirely different from what she was quoting me. She started getting frustrated on the phone, and wouldn’t acknowledge the order and kept adding stuffed crust that I never asked for. I was giving my phone number which she kept messing up and made me ?. Then when I said ma’am can I get the updated total (because she was being so weird with taking the entire order) because I was concerned the pricing wasn’t matching the online order, she said, “Oh my God!” And just hung up on me. What in the world, if you can’t take orders, and you don’t have proper customer service, don’t work there. Literally couldn’t handle the pressure of the phone. Clearly doesn’t care about her job, if it was so easy to hang up on 2 min phone call she struggled to have.

I ordered a pizza online, I received confirmation that it was ready for pickup in 30 minutes, when I arrived to pick it up they didn't take the time to explain to me that for some reason they made a mistake, and they made me wait 30 more minutes, so an hour for one pizza and no explanations or apologies
