01/11/24 I ordered a FL sub. At this location and others they have a promo code FLBOGO to redeem a free FL sub after purchasing one BUT THE MANAGER ON DUTY WOULDN'T HONOR THE BOGO. Now here's where it gets nasty. I still paid and received one FL sub but my sub had HAIR BAKED INTO BREAD! COULDN'T REACH ANYONE THAT NIGHT SO I CALLED 01/12/24 AROUND 1:30PM While on lunch break to inform the manager at subway of this issue. Upon calling the manager answered but wouldn't give his name, said he couldn't speak English well so I asked to speak to an employee that could interpret but the aid came on the phone with an entire attitude. He asked did I want to place an order rudely then said if not he's hanging up. I explained the nature of the call then he said he didn't care and stated he's there with the manager to help him that's why they work together then stated if there is nothing else he's hanging up now.Being that this is a franchise location I believe this is one of the reasons they don't care about their customers concerns. Establishments like this solely just want customers money but don't render great customer service to the people that keep their business flourishing. I'm extremely disappointed and will make sure this is shared on my food page and definitely calling to report to dirty dining!

Wish I can rate under 1 star..Manager tonight was a white man with a big beer belly..Kept telling me coupon was not gone work..He seemed upset that it did..no one had hair nets on ..disgusting place I will not be back..sandwich was pure bread.i guess if u buy with coupon u get no meat....
