I find it disgusting only one person is working on a lunch rush! The assistant manager who served me was phenomenal, she was busting out everyone's order with a smile and a "Have a good day hon'" Amazing service! I find it despicable that she was handling 20-30+ people by herself!

Subway app makes it very easy to customize your orders and save favorite orders. This Subway, 19510-0, gets it right and has it ready and waiting when you arrive. Going above and beyond, the store's manager, Becca, put your name and phone number at the bottom of every receipt offering to make things right if there's ever a problem. I tested the system and found out that it's true. That's great customer service!!! Thanks Becca and team. Keep up the good work!Vegetarian options: It's so easy to do your own customized veggie or vegan sub here including roasting options.

This was by far the BEST Subway experience I have had in recent memory. It was a completely random, nice surprise as i ordered online to get the bogo deal, and the closest store for me (Dunnellon) doesn't participate in the bogo program. The person working behind the counter (wish I knew her name to say thank you) was so sweet and accommodating. I placed my order online as i said, and she made everything absolutely perfect!!Bogo or not, I have a new favorite Subway location, and look forward to ordering from here again. Keep up the GREAT work, and thank you so very much!!! Job well done!!! ?D. Brown

I live in the middle of ocala, only subway open at 12, it says it’s open till 1 am, So I look online to make sure and it says was confirmed by the business 4 days ago, so ok cool, I Leave drive all the way there , get there go inside a little over 20 minutes before the store closes and there’s this older lady at the counter and I walked up and she literally shook her head no, Didn’t even talk I say “Mam, It says you guys are open till 1am?” And she says in quote “No im closed “ , I say “well why does it say 1 am online and when I asked the front store employee she said you guys are open for a little bit still” she says literally just this “ No we are not we are closed too late “. I find it insane you will have a business with set times and people drive far and make sure they make it where they have time and the employees still have time and don’t have to rush and then because a employee doesn’t feel like doing something they choose the time the place closes . Ridiculous and lazy .

It will be one of the coldest days in he'll before I would step foot into a Subway, maybe to pee to help with the stench of 'fresh baked bread. That in no way even bad baked bread, maybe fresh chemicals. First off if you are told how to make a hoagie you shouldn't be making hoagie.

I had to give a one star because there is not a ZERO! This store has the WORST staff. The manager never knows how to order. If by chance they have any of the ingredients to make a sandwich the staff always look methed out. Again today they are out of wheat bread, white bread, cheese bread, cold cuts, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, banana peppers, Swiss cheese and American cheese. So what do they have you ask??? Good question. RUDE STAFF. So I guess this subway really shouldn’t be open to serve if they don’t have anything to make sandwiches or salads with. So sad because this is the closest subway. Will not be going back. Hopefully the district manager can get this store under control and turn it back into a good place to eat. If I’m driving to Ocala to get subway I’ll drive a little farther to get firehouse subs. SOMEONE PLEASE OPEN A REAL GOOD SUB SHOP NEARBY!!!!!
