I got a Taro boba tea with oat milk and passion fruit boba, it had an impressive array of flavors.There was also impeccable service. It is a hidden gem that I would 10/10 recommend.

the drinks are really good and the staff is very friendly! unfortunately the new wall really blocks the customers and the staff, idk it gives prison vibes. also the warm lighting gave it such a cozy vibe! now the stark lighting makes me less likely to stay there for longer, this place used to be amazing!

I have gone to a lot of places because I’m personally really picky with my boba tea, and let me just say I loveee the boba tea here. It’s really delicious, they have such a good variety for those that like to try a different one every time, my personal favorite is the taro which I feel like you can never go wrong with. The ambiance is really good, the employees are very kind and so are the owners. If you want great boba go here.
I was in the area this week and I felt like having a shake I looked up on google where I could get it and it showed me this spot. And let me tell you it did not disappoint super clean the staff was very friendly and the shake was amazing 10/10 highly

What happened?Usually this is one of my favourite spots to go to, especially for inviting friends to have a chill cozy time -> emphasis on cosy, after some decorative changes I noticed, it kinda lost that relaxing vibe. Especially the lights are terrible, they’re bright and cold, gives me that uncomfortable hospital feeling.. not to mention that 'prison wall' between main & prep area is a little intense..If anything I might grab a drink here and there because they’re good and I love the small chats I'm having with staff, won’t come as frequently tho and until that atmosphere changes back, I won’t use it as a spot to invite friends over either.Consider giving back that comfortable feeling, changing decor is one thing, ruining the atmosphere another and I know I’m not the only one with that opinion.

the service and workers are the best i’ve ever had. the afternoon workers are the kindest i’ve ever met. i come here regularly to hang out and study. the thing that differentiated this place from your typical chain cafe is it’s relaxed environment. however with the change of lighting, it makes me feel like i’m in a stuffy classroom or under interrogation. on top of that, the cafe is already small which didn’t bother me before but they’ve added a wall to the counter that covers the inside. this change wouldn’t bother me normally since it seems like a good idea but it makes the space seem way more cramped than it already is. it’s cage-like and just doesn’t match the aesthetic of the place as a whole.
