It's shameless with the price and quality of the products, I ordered a taro cream and it's rubbish, 8 dollars and a bit and it's just flour and then before it came with cheese and some ham, now that's extra ,,they are scammers but also the product is garbage,,,do not go buy anything there that is not worth it, the city should close that place because the sweets, croquettes, empanadas, midnights and even the Bread that is remains unsold, they are the first to sell the next morning and there is not much hygiene, you can imagine,,

Terrible service and old empanadas. I went in for a quick bite and ordered an empanada. They looked delicious, but to my surprise, it was as hard as rock. My wife went back for a refund and was told that it was oven back, she demonstrated that it was hard by knocking on the counter with it and they refused to give a refund or find a solution $4.10 wasted. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at Barbie Bakery was overwhelmingly negative due to the disrespectful behavior of the owner and the lackluster quality of the baked goods. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking to enjoy tasty treats and friendly service. There are many other options available that offer better quality products and a more respectful customer experience.

El mejor lugar de Hialeah si estás buscando repostería cubana. La atención es muy diferente en comparación a algunos años. Actualmente trabajan muchachas jóvenes muy amables y dedicadas. Te vas a sentir bienvenido apenas entres. No dejes de probar los mejores dulces hechos por los dulceros más profesionales. When you think Cuban Bakery, you expect everything you buy to be amazing. Unfortunately, that's not the case at this bakery. Everyone seems nice and so many ladies are asking you at once if you need help. Here is where the problem lies. When you go to pay , the cashier is lost because you are reviewing your order and she has no clue what you are talking about. Then you have to find one of the multiple people that helped you and ask her where your food is at. We got several different stuff. The tequenos needed more time in the fryer. It was quite doughy still in the inside. The strawberry cheesecake had some sort of hard gelatin on top which was very hard to chew. The papa rellena was the best thing in the place.

If I was able to put no stars I would! The owner is ridiculous! I went to go buy a cake for my sister in laws mom birthday party and when we the cut the cake for our guests it was OLD. Our guest has to throw away the cake. We took half of the cake to the bakery because the other half we had given it to our guest and they through it away. The owner of this bakery refused to give us our money back or another small cake because we didn’t have the whole cake. How would we know that the cake was going to be bad? How would I have the whole cake if I was giving it out to our guests??? Makes no sense to me. I use to be a regular at this bakery, the owner handled the situation so poorly. The birthday was ruined. The owner couldn’t care about making his customer happy. I am sadden for the situation and how the owner handled it. This place is disgusting. The small cake was $22.50.
