I came for the bread. I investigated and they said it was the best Cuban bread in the city. NOTHING LIKE IT. It was soft and not crunchy. As I remember the bread from Latin America Cafeteria. Or Versailles decades ago. So far the best Cuban bread is the one from Presidente

The quality is very bad, nothing to do with what it was before, I have always bought there for birthdays and I wanted to give them one more chance but it was fatal, the old cake was hard as a stick and the meringue was melted and rubbish, apparently it has been made for three or four days. In addition, the supervisor, when I called, shouted that from I don't know where she was taking him and there they changed it, nothing from a normal conversation as it should be with the client.I also highlight that the saleswoman, on the contrary, very friendly and apologetic, but she is the boss of all the mob.I would have continued buying but to this day it's a shame I was sad with the birthday girl, there I put the photo so you can see the old melted meringue that is

I had the bad experience of claiming an old cake and they were not able to give a solution. It was only to return the cake, that is not an answer for a customer who always buys there. They have lost everything. It's not the same anymore. They hung up on me and I dialed 3 times and it just so happened that they didn't answer.

They should be ashamed of having old products and on top of that not having the ability to provide a solution to the customer. They are ashamed for a

I bought a cappuccino cake and I didn't like it because it didn't have syrup, it was very dry, the meringue seemed old, hard, but the service was good, you should be more careful when making the products, thank

The bad attitude and HORRIBLE customer treatment that those girls have is not enough to make matters worse, they also have insects in the filling of the empanadas and pastries.

Good Cuban bakery in Hialeah. They claim to have the best Cuban bread. Chuck full of Cuban pastries and coquetas.

They close early, being a sales business. And one of the employees does not have the training necessary to work with clients.

It used to be the best bakery in Hialeah. The pastries used to be fresh, well-made savory the bread the croquettes now it has declined horrendously the bread is old soggy. They change the recipe the pastries there are mushy, not tasty old, and the sweets they look like if they’ve been there for weeks, so sad to see such a good bakery go down like that .
