My name is Juan Rojas I made a purchase order at 1675 W 49th StHialeah, FL 33012United States where they refused to give me my food and never returned my money. They accused me of stealing because there was a receipt in the trash and I took it a receipt that is property of nobody except for the owner which was fine with me taking. The associates accused me of stealing and embarrassed me in front of the whole mall right now I went to my house crying I will never go there again. I want my money back this is unbelievable worst place ever.

I ordered the new Bourbon sub and was given two half tomato slices. I noticed however that the picture showed that the sandwich came with two whole slices of tomatoes. I then asked the cashier for the missing two half slices and she refused to give it to me. I was shocked! I proceeded to say that if she did not give me the slices I would demand a refund and they lmwould lose a customer for life . Her reply was, I'd rather lose a customer than give you the slice. She issued the refund. Needless to say, I will never visit a Charlie's again.

Today March 25th 7:30 pm the staff clearly made my order wrong. I told them no onions, they told me I stated onions, which I’ve never had or never will ask for onions, got into a verbal argument with three women that are working behind the counter, I stated to them to make my sandwich over again, and I would like warm fries. Because I spent $18 on the combo that’s not cheap!!! They said no we only could make a sandwich. I told them to stop it. This is America not a Third World country. Because that’s the way they treat their customer I am a immigrant, so I have the right to make the statement, customer service in this establishment does not exist or employee training. It’s the Third World mentality that they have in Hialeah sincerely, yours, Mario Garcia these three women should all be fired. Will be contacting corporate office or district regional managers office for being rude and nasty and disrespectful to me and my wife.

I went to charley's in westland mall in Hialeah at 8:40 pm to eat something but the lady said that was closed:( because she already cleaned the grill! I think if the mall close at 9 the charley's should be open!

Solid, reliable cheesesteak chain. Real thin sliced steak, not the chopped+formed stuff. Good portion and meat, not like Subway that just gives you bread.

Horrible customer service rude employees got charged twice overcharged , when i asked for a manager they told me he was not there , asked for the 1800 number told me they where busy .
