Crazy! I just spent $30 on my DoorDash order just to throw it in the garbage, I could not eat my food when the main ingredient is missing! There was no chicken which it’s an extra fee! I've been coming to this chipotle for years and it's gotten progressively worse in all aspects. They claim to open and close at 11am/11pm, but they don't open until 11:15 many days and start kicking people out 30 minutes before closing.The place is consistently out of stock.Horribly entitled attitude from some staff who were inattentive and rude and no accountability from supervisors upon complaint. One employee had an airpod in while taking orders, throwing bowls around aggressively and giving smart*** comments.Go to a different Chipotle (Miami Lakes is pretty consistent).Dietary restrictions: People with a dairy allergy should avoid this place.

Im only leavening 1 star on this review. Me and my family love chipotle but this location please don’t go there. I hope the owner reads this and makes changes. One employee pick up the food that had felt in the floor and put it back to serve it , thats in unacceptable. Also you should consider changing the manager at this location his needs more training on customer service, if he doesn't know how to be polite and educated to us the customers how can he be a Good Manager?

The place is filthy, no table is cleaned no ice nor straws or napkins the fountain drinks are flat. They have a mess of employees and they dont have 1 employee that can take care of these task? All the reviews on this location are all 1 star yet how come nothing is corrected? I would say it starts at the management level dont blame the employees
Terrible service, I bought some tacos and what they gave me was only a minimal amount of meat and the tortilla was completely cold and the people who served were of terrible character. I do not recommend this place.

Trash was overflowing and disgusting smell inside. While waiting someone from the kitchen brought the tin of rice and slammed it into the counter. One of the ladies apologized and said it had been a long day for the gentleman. The same young lady with gloves on proceeded to prepare three kids meals and before putting the soft shells in the warmer she answered her phone with the same gloves and continued to prepare her food. While she’s conversing on the phone she was messing up the order of the person in front of me. She got frustrated threw her hands in the air and walked away. Then someone else covered for her and as I’m picking my ingredients for the bowl she wasn’t listening and adding too much or not the right ingredients. Either new management is needed or disciplined employees. Whether they feel overwhelmed the lack of care with customers food and still operating the Food and Health needs to get involved. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you’re hungry visit another chipotle, eat something else or have a protein shake.

Went in with my girlfriend for dinner. First thing we noticed was that the girl taking the orders in the beginning was talking on the phone via airpods. She took a lady's order in front of us and got it completely wrong, putting things on her order that she didn't want nor ask for. She then gets to us, and does the exact same! She ends up walking off upset, and the next person takes her place. She was just as worse, and she wasn't even talking on the phone like the previous one was. My girlfriend asked for a little bit of cheese, she preceded to add a ton, and even when she said that's enough, she added more! The customer service was probably the worst I've ever seen. Stay clear from this store, unless you enjoy having everything go wrong with your food order. I'd give this 0 stars if I could.
