The staff at night is super rude, they treat customers badly and they don't have any manners, especially a dyed blonde who wears lycra and white shoes! The food has lost a lot of quality and the owner should be informed of this since I am a regular customer who has been too disappointed in a place that was my favorite and to which I no longer plan to come again!!

Bad experience.In various occasions, visited place ... normal food, nice coffee, good service from waitresses.Thursday evening, Jan 25th went to dinner around 8:30pm - used the bathroom briefly and some guy knocked the door multiple times really loud.He seemed upset that I was using the bathroom. Later noticed the same guy carrying garbage from the counter waste basket.Not sure I'll go back to this place.

I ordered off uber eats and I got the “bistec a caballo” and that was the toughest meat i’ve eaten. The lack of flavor that the bistec had was awful. & if i tried to stretch apart the meat to get pieces out of it, it would make this sand paper noise, it was super dry and tough. Thank god the rice was decent, and the eggs were cooked fine as well. But for this to be such of a cuban place, me as a cuban, i am embarassed!! Either get a new chef that actually loves to do his job, or dont sell that bistec at all!!

I order from this place atleast once a week through door dash the last time I ordered i called to request that they don't overly fry my masas de cerdo and the lady basically was ignoring me on the phone and gave me an attitude because I had a simple request. Love the food but the service makes me not want to order from here anymore.

Wish I didn't order here.The Pollo frito had no flavor what so ever and was very dry. The mashed potatoes tasted like smashed garlic. The croqueta sandwich had one side with 4 croquetas and the other side had 1 and a bunch of onions. The fries were horrible. The only thing good from this place was the maduros. No wonder the menu prices are so low. The food sucks. Will not return, will not recommend.

If I can give this place 0 stars I totally would. Do yourself a before and think twice about ordering from this place.Ordered Milanesa de res with white rice and tostones. The white rice and tostones were good but the steak was harder than pork rinds. I'm honestly appalled at the fact that someone would give this to someone. ( see picture)My co worker ordered the filetillo de pollo with rice and mash potatoes and they brought her sweet plantains instead of the mash potatoes.When calling to file a complaint and receive a refund no manager was on site and they had idea when the manager was going to arrive. Called a second time and spoke with an employee Daily ( don't think it's spelled correctly) she was really nice and was going to have the manager call me.5 minutes after Daily called back and said that the manager Armando said that he'll provide me with the money back however, I had to take all the food back. Mind you I don't live in the area.Horrible food, horrible manager and horrible customer service

Beware!!! Do not order through Uber Eats from this place or maybe don't even order food at all through any platform. Maybe they are a good little place when you go there but ( I haven't been inside and neither will I) if you order food like I did for the first time these people will make your life miserable with all kinds of lies just to keep the food and the money Uber collects from you. I just ordered from them and almost an hour later when the driver shows up to get your food , they said that "another driver" already picked up the food and apparently "ate it" I mean what???? how concerning is that? . They even have the driver call you and play some sort of "make believe" I am telling you it is a whole show these people have apparently done before , so I was told. All to just get full profit from somebody's else food that was already paid off and all without actually even providing the food , how messed up that is? All to end up fighting with Uber , getting your money back, of course, but hungry as hell and all stressed out . Not worth it!!!
