Terrible service from the person who takes the pick-up orders, I told him I wanted a bean casserole and he gave me a paisa tray. I call her on the phone to notify her that there was an error and she tells me that she had been working at that restaurant for a year and that they have always sent the casserole like this. I am a frequent customer and I always order the casserole, and they have NEVER sent me the beans in a container of small beans before! They do that when you order the tray paisa. The worst thing is that she was so rude to hang up the phone on me, it was my favorite restaurant but with this treatment from the staff it really leaves a lot to be desired!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, especially the owner who is incompetent. A few days ago we ordered two salmon and they arrived dry, burnt and hard. I immediately called the owner and she didn't even apologize or offer to give me a discount. He simply told me to give him the salmon back. Don't go to this place. The only good thing is the rib soup, but the rest of the food is horrible and of the worst quality. The attention 0/10 since not even the owner, who is the person who should keep her customers happy, cares about her customers or the quality of the food. Additionally, they charge you a fee every time you want to pay by card, which they don't even notify you about. And they charge tips in the to go, without any consent.

Had not been here in years. Did not have breakfast and was looking for a soup. I ordered the big ? soup, as I was craving a good bone broth. Service was great, and I was excited when I saw the bowl. It looked great, but It was a complete let down. The broth was lacking ? bone broth flavor. Seemed like they made it with chicken breat and Caldo Knorr which is a chicken stock cube. On top of that it was $12. Not worth coming back.
