This is a quaint Latin American style bakery, although I couldn't tell which particular country, so I believe it's a fusion. They serve baked goods, breakfast, protein bowls, soup, and other items. Their baked goods appear to be made daily. The staff is polite and attentive. The environment is clean, and parking is very easy to find because it is located in a plaza with a large parking lot.I'm just not impressed with the food here. It's fine. Just not particularly great. On my most recent visit, I ordered an arepa reina pepiada and a colada. I placed my order at the counter and was given a number to have it delivered to me by a staff member. While I enjoyed the freshly baked arepa, the reina pepiada was not as flavorful as I had hoped. The colada was also not as strong as I was used to. There are certainly better Latin American bakery and restaurant options.

Admittedly, I had never eaten a meal at Don Pan before and I guess it showed on my face because the cashier kindly gave me a quick (not rushed, robotic or annoyed) overview of the menu and I was able to make my choice much faster than I would’ve on my own. My food and cafe con leche was hand delivered to me and waitress even offered to add more sugar or milk if it wasn’t to my liking. It was perfect and what made this an experience worth rating five stars was the KINDNESS you can feel the moment you walk in. Thank you!
