The doughnuts were stable and cold. I purchased a half of dozen doughnuts and they were all the same. I am aware that Dunkin Donuts has a policy that they discard leftover doughnuts every night and bake fresh ones in the morning. These were definitely from the prior day. I always prefer Dunkin Donuts over Krispy Kreme but this was a really bad experience.

This Dunkin has to be one of the worst ever. They have a pick up area but are very *selective* on who they allow to pick up their food unsupervised. Fair skinned customers are authorized to pick up their order without employee supervision but brown people, absolutely not! They will follow you to your car if you're brown and walk out with the food you already paid for. However, If you wait for an employee to hand you the food, you'll wait for 10+ minutes being absolutely ignored! Today I went in, waited about seven mins just to get anyone's attention, the lady looks at all the bags and says mine isn't ready, although door dash says it was. Okay, I wait more. Orders are flying out the door. A Second Lady comes about seven more mins later and hands me my bag, which was already there that the First Lady said was not my order. (The food is up to standard that you expect from a chain restaurant. And the store is typically clean)
