Staff was friendly but service was terrible. I ordered an iced latte and they made it hot instead of cold and rather than redoing the latte they just decided to pour it over ice, watering down the latte in the process and giving it a weird lukewarm temp.Also as I was pulling up to the drive thru there looked like a donut rack or some type of food rack left outside.

If ghetto had a face it would be this location. I asked if I could have a CUP of water with ice. As the drive through rep www chewing gum with her mouth open she said it’s $.63. What for water and ice. Mind you I paid an extra $1.49 for extra cream cheese on my bagel which wasn’t even added on to the already inflated $5 bagel i bought. Horrible horrible! Water is free!!

I visited this place at around 1530 hrs. today. Tried ordering a bagel with ham, egg, & cheese. There was no ham; only bacon instead. I ate it anyway... Since my coffee, apparently, got colder, due to, probably, the two mini creams that I added, by the time I was halfway, the coffee was already cold. At that time, I asked a short lady with multi-color hair dye, and piercing in her nose (???), to please heat the coffee up a little bit. She immediately refused, alleging that I already touched the cup with my mouse. I said "thanks" anyway, and left. Even though we have had many illnesses in the past three years, due to lack of hygiene, etc., I have not ever encountered this kind of bad service in any other fast food restaurants nationwide.

everyone here is rude! poorest attitude ever. God forbid you ask for something extra because they show you they are annoyed with their body language. I even had a person there role their eyes because I asked for napkins. Goodness why is everyone here soo rude??!!!!!
