I use the Dunkin app to order, and when I get to the store the coffee machine is always broken, or they run out of supplies to make the drink.

This place is supposed to open at 5:00am and I arrived there at 5:10am. and the employees there did not want to open the door, myself being a regular customer there was an insult and went without my coffee and sandwich for the morning, very disappointed.

Seriously?!? Hey, kid, with the ring thru the nose, a second request for cream cheese should not look like this. Do better next time. Management, train your employees better because they, or this particular kid, is ripping off your customers. Even though I live very very close by, I would actually rather drive further to the Dunkin' on NW 67th Ave. than go back to this place. Never ever again. I paid $2.99 for the picture I posted. I know it's not a lot to most people or to me either but it's the principle of it.

This Dunkin' is one of my favorite ones because the ladies that work here are so nice! Even when there's a lone line, they make sure to get everyone's order right.

Waiting 45 minutes for two lattes. Poor staff is overwhelmed with mobile orders and a big line. Please add more staff to the morning. Not ever coming back to this location.
