I would like to understand why the owner of this cafeteria claims the right to keep the tip we leave for the waitresses. It seems to me a total lack of respect for your clients that in good faith we part with OUR MONEY because we feel grateful for the treatment received. But what kind of cafeteria is this where they keep money that doesn't belong to them? Isn't what you sell enough for you? It seems inconceivable to me that this would be accepted in 2024.

I have been a loyal customer since 2014. The service at the beginning was really good but lately all workers from the beginning of the shift until 10 pm has deteriorated against me personally. I don't understand why but personally,they should leave their personal issues at home. Not take it out on the customers. Specially a blonde girl that works at evenings and some afternoon that she was really sweet to me, but now she is very rude when i go to get coffee by saying( dime que quieres) with a bad attitude. It has already been a couple of times that she does it and i contained myself because im an educated person but it seems she is not.

I ordered a Cuban coffee that messed up my stomach and a beef pastry that tasted funny then i noticed it had the bottom burned I will never ever ever visit this place again Oh, yeah, like if that wasn't bad enough. There's this old creepy lady sitting in the back Just having a Stir contest with you. Turns out she's the manager at night shift. I didn't even want to complain to that. Just throw away my food and left.
Like the latest review says the lady in the back is always staring at you as a customer it's uncomfortable and gives attitude when u order food and she has to cook

I always go at after midnight and there's always a grumpy old lady that's known as " Tia" that's always bothered Everytime we order food. If u don't want to do anything find another job but don't ruin my day with your gestures. I just want normal service like I would get anywhere else.Cada vez Que voy tienen una senora muy desagradable sentada en donde comemos los cliente. Cuando pedimos comida ella se pone brava Que tiene Que cosinar. Es muy desagradable pasar Por esto.

I’m so sad to have to do a bad review about this place. Especially when I’ve been coming here for as long as I have been in miami. But whoever the new owners are wow. What a drastic change and not for the good. Once upon a time epicentro had a bunch of people playing pool at all hours and was a little bit beat up but the service was always amazing and the food was always great. They cleaned the place up and did a mild remodel but the food quality completely went downhill.Once known for their super pan con bistec , it is now anything but super. Super bland, didn’t add mayonnaise didn’t add potato sticks. The once fully loaded and delicious pan con bistec was a big miss.It’s the only place in the area open 24 hours so I gave it another shot and same result.I only eat here when I have no other choice and sadly that’s probably why their clientele will continue to go because there isn’t anything open late night for miles.
