Ordered a large New York steamer fully involved and my brother ordered a medium New York steamer. With no one else in the store it took over 10 mins to get two sandwiches. Mine came with no onions lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, mustard or the pickle. When I opened the sandwich I could see a good portion of the bread on the bottom where the meat was supposed to be. My brothers medium definitely had more meat than mine. What were they doing for ten minutes? I thought the meat was portioned out or had to be weighed. When I brought the sandwich back up to the counter and asked if I was given the right portion they said yes. When I told them I wanted my sandwich fully involved they had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed to the box on the counter that says fully involved and they said oh you want lettuce tomato and onion. They added these items to my sandwich and still never gave me a pickle. $19.57? What an absolute disappointment…I will definitely never go to that location again and I think I’m done with firehouse all together.

I was arriving at 8:20pm with my husband when we get there they’re closed, lights off and door locked. Online the store was “closing soon” at 9pm. We get there to get a quick sub after a shift just to find out they decided to leave early. I’m very unhappy about this especially since there were 40 minutes left till close. You lost two customers. Will not be coming back.

Paid $16 for a tuna sub that has barely any tuna. Highly recommend to avoid if you’re a pescatarian looking for a different option.

Overcharged me. They didn't give a discount for the combo with chili. I told them and they said you can't get a combo with chili. I showed them the sign that said you can and they said the sign is wrong and you can't... even though you can at any other Firehouse subs. They didn't toast my sub. They had no pickle spears. They had no crackers.Worst Firehouse subs I've been to.

Firehouse subs used to cook their subs on a flat top grill right in front of you. Now they just heat the meat for your cheesesteak subs in a device they have. Sorry I don't know what it's called. The taste is totally off. The size of the medium sub is a small anywhere else. I will go to Jersey Mike's where they make the cheesesteak subs the right way.

This location sucks... the Cuban girl in the night shift with the long black hair sucks ... her customer service sucks , & her sandwich making skills are horrible.. doesn't even toast the bread all the way. The garlic bread was absolutely nasty ... it was just soggy ! Had to take it home and put it in my oven for it to be enjoyable so upset with the service at this location. Also forgot to mention if you expect the pickle don't cause they don't even give it. & if you have allergies be extra careful because they are just negligent.

Business hours must be wrong. Everytime I come they’re closed. How? As you can see on my photo, I visited outside at 8:50, everything was deserted and pitch black. Please update business hours. Either way, read the reviews and the service doesn’t seem good compared to other Firehouse locations.

I went here because I live in Broward and firehouse is very popular by me. I work here and wanted to get a sub. Very excited made my online order went to pick it up and left. Once I got back to work, the entire order was incorrect. I ordered a philly cheesesteak and somehow tomato and lettuce were added. Nothing was toasted. I spend $30 on two subs, a small and a medium, so I defiantly went back. Proceeded to tell the cashier what happened and she tried arguing with me at one point but I had my printed receipt so there was no argument. She said the girl that made the order was new and she offered to remake. Fine I took the remake because there is a GIANT sign that says no refunds (red flag) so I wasn't going to bother even asking. The remake was just as bad. We ended up throwing it all away and taking the loss because I wasn't going back a third time. I would understand if it was busy but there was barley any people inside (red flag). Horrible sandwiches' and I love firehouse just never ever going back to this one. terrible food with terrible attitudes because they had to remake their mistakes. What is even more irrigating about this whole thing is that it was 30 dollars for garbage. Really not happy.

Wrong order. Awful taste. Firehouse has delicious sandwiches but this location makes me not wanted to tray it again.

This place deserves the recognition. The food quality is very good and the customer service is also great. The subs are well prepared and fulfilling. The girl behind the counter is amazing! Highly recommended.
