I’ve been going there since the restaurant started, but I’m giving it 2 stars now because they made a change to the dishes that doesn’t make sense at all.The customer service is really good, they treat you perfectly and are super nice.The problem is the food, it is god but they reduced A LOT the portions that they are giving in each plate, they are called “I Love Fries” but they are not giving the same amount of fries as before, and now the amount of fries that they give is a joke. Plus they are increasing the prices so you will be paying more for less, it doesn’t make sense, I hope they fix that and serve the same amount as before.

I visited this place for the first time and the photos of the meals looked appetizing, when they brought you the food they were horrible, the meat was cold, the Egg looked fried with refried fat, gentlemen, the food was poorer and more expensive, I believe that animals eat better, They have to stop, the quality of the restaurants is getting worse, you can't go out to eat, I would never return to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This was one of my favorite places to grab quick lunch but it has happened TWICE that i went and found hair in my Food.. the first time i Ordered through soo couldnt say Much about it and the second time i told the manager and he stated that if he found a hair in the food he would just pull it out and keep eating. Am sorry but thats not my case for everyone.. i will not be returning to this establishment.. i find it disgusting to have to constantly be finding hair in my food.
I have been a customer for more than a year and I had never had any complaints until a few weeks ago. Yesterday I ordered an Argentino Mixto and the meat was tough and very poorly cooked. I hope it doesn't continue like this.

I called to make an order and the girl on the phone told me that the food might take a while because they were full. Which I understand but we called back an hour later and they said that the food wasn’t ready yet. A while later a girl with glasses came to me and asked “you were the one that called?” And I said yes and she answered back in a very defensive tone. I completely understand that you guys were full, I only asked to know the status of the food because it has been AN HOUR since it was ordered, why are you talking like that just because I asked for the status? And to add, the egg was burnt. I ordered the Colombian bowl

5 minutes just for cashier to come from the back to take our order. Over an hour for our order food cold a whole plate full of fries only with 5 pieces of steak and 3
