Horrible customer service, more than half an hour waiting for a pick up because after 20 minutes they say they don't have that type of chicken, zero friendliness and unpleasant to see how while they are preparing the order they have someone who is not during working hours eating almost on top of the food that they are preparing for clients… never to return

Customer service sucks.was there around 10 min before they took my order the manager, tall guy w/glasses was having fun speaking to somebody before me after 10 min.he decided to take my order. I place my order I decided to change my order he told me that I can't change my order,cause the food they are making the food already.. after I pay for my order I was waiting and it took a long time to make my order that I wanted to change and the manager said the order was ready made before I was paying.. and after all they throw the order in the bag like nothing.Not professional food packing.I feel bad customer service..

It was closed for renovation for some time, but they recently opened and apparently looking forward to it!!The roast chicken that was almost never available before is now always available.Good service from the guys who serve customers. We hope they continue like this.
The reconstruction has been the slowest I've ever seen. Place looks the same but hopefully the service is better. That entire area is plagued with horrible service.
