THE WORST OF THE WORST, today, Friday, November 3, 2023, I placed an online order for 2 ham pizzas, supposedly they would be ready from 7:38 to 7:43 pm, when I went to pick them up at the store, I had to wait more than 30 minutes, when When I received them, I opened them and it turned out that they were made of bacon, I filed a complaint and the manager told me that they didn't have ham, that is, I have to eat what they want me to eat instead of telling them that they didn't have ham, and to top it all off, they told me that they would make me the money refund in 7 business days in conclusion it is the worst pizza store I have ever visited in my life I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and they had only put toppings in the middle of the pizza, and all of the rest of the pizza had no toppings. Only a 40% of the pizza had toppings on. The flavor was also awful. The women employees are extremely rude and they have terrible customer service, and no respect. They act like they are doing a favor instead of doing their job. I feel verbally disrespected. Piece of advice when you are hiring a person for your business. Make sure you are hiring a person that won’t that won’t sabotage your business and is customer oriented. PS. I will never order from this location again. and I will start to not recommend this place. good luck.

The pizza was cold, cheese was nasty, the little burnt edges on the thin sliced pizza weren't even like toasted they were soggy, The other pizza I ordered was the ExtraMostBestest Cheese pizza, the crust was horrible . They didn't cut the slices thoroughly or evenly I had to finish doing that.

Not sure if you care or not, but figure is worth a shot. Let me start by your whole staff is very unprofessional no one there cares and it shows. When three different times during the week at different times and gad no luck and crazy breads also ordered extra cheese they said they couldn’t because they were low on cheese. To me it’s just in saying you continue to do business like so. Hope this helps you so you can be aware and f what’s happening in your establishment.
