The drive-thru service was really good. This is the first time I saw the associate come out with my food and a basket with condiments (ketchup, Mayo, etc). There is no comments section on the app to request additional stuff, and I thought that was awesome. The little things in life. The shift anywhere from 1:00am-4:00am seems to take advantage they have no management. No one to take your order. Be prepared to wait literally over half an hour. The workers treat you bad on purpose so you don’t come back. Disgusting service.

Today is March 16, 2024, my complaint is specifically about the manager of the morning shift. My visit was to have breakfast inside the premises with my seven-year-old son and my husband. I like to go there because I have never had any security incident. In this Macdonaldy's that's why I feel calm in that place but the manager is somewhat rude and unfriendly, because when she sees that I use the surveys of the previous receipts to obtain discounts, she gets upset every time she has to put her fingerprint on the machine, in addition that she must put it according to her so that she can swipe the same card more than once. She gets so upset about it that she even says rude things (bad words that I can't repeat) which makes my visit to this Macdonald no longer pleasant, Well, I repeat, she becomes very defensive and even says rude things. If by chance this complaint is of interest to one of her superiors in order to improve customer service within the establishment, then I advise them to review her negative attitude with her as it scares away customers. I also observed that she takes her daughter to work and keeps her inside the McDonald's while she works.
