It's not the first time I've asked for a cold drink, they give it to me hot with a lack of ice on top, you ask for it with extra caramel and they don't make life totally insatiable and hot. When you pay for extra caramel and they don't give it to you and the customer service is terrible

Deluxe Big Breakfast with pancakes was served cold, no butter, no syrup, rock hard biscuit, no utensils, and a cold egg that they must have forgotten to microwave! The only thing I ate was the fried hash brown. Imagine how disgusted I was after 16 hours of work, to get home and discover this catastrophe of a meal!! If you wouldn't eat it, DON'T SERVE IT!!
